Mayan Cosmology

The Mayan sign is composed of a Glyph (20 Solar Glyphs: Dragon Wind, Night...) and of a tonality represented according to Mayan writings by dots of value 1 and bars of value 5 : ex. three points make 3, two points on a bar make 7 and one point on two bars make 11. There are 13 tonalities in total (each with an associated animal totem) that I have represented in 13 paintings.
